We appreciated this place. It's very clean, very good staff and location. Our room was big.

Spend our time here nicely. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Fishhh that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Bed was nice.

Very nice hotel, large bed, spacious room, spacious bathroom, has all the sanitary ware, stylish room!

The hotel was very modern and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean with very trendy design.. There was a major shopping mall next door, which was very convenient. Also, the hotel provided 15 minutes free internet access, which was nice for printing the airline boarding pass.

It was not very close to the metro station. Also, we booked 5 rooms and was requested to have at least one room available upon our ealier arrival at 11 am. However, no single room was available until 2:30 pm. The reception staff was not that eager to help us with the request.

Shopping mall across the hotel. Lots of eatcafes and sushibar right next to the hotel. Also very cheap. Small park next to the hotel. Clean and spacious room. Not too expensive. Bathtub in the bathroom. Staff was friendly.

Expensive breakfast. About 1km from nearest metrostation (Les Corts). Lots of people in the park and in the cafés near the park at night during the weekends. When we left the window open, it was quite noisy.

The comfort and quietness of the room, the politeness and attentiveness of the hotel staff.

I do not think it fair that hotel guests are required to pay 12 Euros to access the pool and spa. Also WiFI is only free in the hotel lobby. If you would like to have wifi in the room there is a charge of 10,60 Euros per day or 5 Euros per hour!

Well positioned for Camp Nou visit. Very friendly staff.

Pool on rooftop could possibly have been heated. This is a marginal comment.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Outdoor swimming pool was also nice and staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was fabulous!

Only thing was little disappointment, was gym. It opens not until 10 am, it was extremely small and next to spa, so it was really hot and noisy.

Quality of food (breakfasts); and the spa. Also, the room had all the facilities and equipment that one could expect.

- Customer care could be improved (had to tell them three times that we wanted a smoker's room; the room was two single beds despite we asked for a double bed). - The swimming pool (and the ground around it) is really small.

New hotel with parking. Excellent facilities. Much better than average Florence hotels (many do not deserve their star rating). Good value for money.

Need to walk 20min to get to the city center.

Very nice and modern design interior, comfortable bathroom, room very clean and kept this way every day. All the staff speaking good English. Nice variety of food for the breakfast including fruits and sweets. Swimming pool also at the building, however i had no time to check it. A real 4 stars hotel.

It is located far from the city center near Barcelona stadium so it is not perfect place for the tourist as you need around 15 min walk to the subway. If you come for business purposes this place can be perfect. Wi-Fi Inernet is additonally paid. Problem with king-size beds as after asking for such we received a room with 2 beds. When we asked hotel reception for taxi, taxi driver tried to rob us using 2nd tariffa on Wednesday morning and charging more than minimal (according to him) 7 EU. However taxi driver begavior is not Hotel problem:) I am just writing this to warn other future gests.

It was a pleasant experience, the rooms were very clean,room service was very good, good value breakfast, easy access to the pool and spa.

The rooms windows are not very good isolated, you can hear the street noise during the night.
